RPF leader elections are coming up, and I come here for one simple reason, I think you should vote for me. Here is a short summary of what I plan to do as leader and what I have done in the past.
LIST OF QUALIFICATIONS AND ACHIEVEMENTS
- I am a veteran of WWII, WWIII, and WWIV
- I was second in command of a medium sized army called RRF
- I formed a commitee of small armies in WWIII
- I was co-leader of a small army called TMA
- I fought in the wars against elite in early 2008
- I became governor of snow bank and did a darn good job of it
- I almost single handedly convinced Commando717 to not make RPFs congress lead after Kg retired, which would have ended possibly in anahrcy
- I was leader of RPFs espionage department
- I made the RPF navy RPFs best performing branch
- I became the greatest navy branch leader ever
- I founded the department of foreign affairs, and helped keep RPF out of many wars
- I founded the CP army political party known as DRP or the democratic reform party
- I was RPF second in command and head of senate
WHAT I PLAN TO DO PERLIMINARY EDITION
- Give more power to the luminarys, and templars
- Form a coalition to get RPF more members, and get them trained
- Form a democratic government that is not corrupt but works extremely smoothly and is fair (see the page about government plans)
- Have weekly practice battles
- Have weekly recruiting
- Have a weekly open meeting so all RPF member’s voices can be heard
- Bring unity back to RPF
- Form a league of nations (not an alliance group/union) for CP armies, allies and enemies alike
- Revise the ranks system and make it WAY better
- make an awesome brigade system for RPF
- give away some of RPFs servers to small or large armies in exchange for anything from help in a war to advertisment for RPF on their sites

- Bring color into RPFs posts, this may seem pointless, but it will make things more interesting
MY SPEECH
RPF, is a great army, no doubt, my main goal is to make it the greatest army ever. This will not be an easy thing to do, it will be difficult, but with me as leader I believe we can make it happen. RPF will need lots of troops, with me as leader RPFwill be recruiting all of the time. I also thought about forum recruiting, take club penguin forums, and other clubpenguin sites, and then advertise for RPF on them.
I also have two other big plans, one is RPF days, which would be for the weekends. Each weekend when there isn’t anything going on already RPF will have activities throughout the day. Sort of like recruiting at 11:00, practice battle at 12:00, open meeting at 1:00, sled racing at 1:30, massive party at 2:00, and so on. This would keep newbies hooked, get us new recruits and be fun all at the same time.
The second big thing is my RPF points idea. I remembered an old RPF member, Tommer651 used to give me medals just for pointless things like using a smilie, it was fun. Then I thought that RPF troops should be seriously rewarded for their work, and then the solution came! RPF points could be given away by anyone ranked luminary or above, and can be given away in small amounts like 10-50 for just stupid stuff like using a smilie. If they helped in a battle, recruited, patroled, or did any other simple thing to help RPF then you can give them a few hundred. If they did a MAJOR thing like give RPF a good battle strategy or just go out and recruit without having anyonetell them then you can give them 500-3000 deapending on how major a thing it was. Then there would be prizes that you could get with RPF points. Once you get 15,000 points its time for a promo (unfortunatley cannot guarantee that a spot will be open). If RPF has to many servers then 30,000 could get you a server, from there you can decide what to do wth it. That is the basic idea, this could really be a fantastic idea.
The other main thing I want to do is also rather simple. I want to take amendment III on the old constitution, and really make it happen. I want the opinion of an RPF private to matter just as much as an RPF warlord. I want an army where the RPF people have power, and no choice can be made by the leader himself, where he needs either the peoples support or the support of the peoples elected officials.
So really I am giving you, the RPF people some of my power. Thing of it this way; The RPF leader has a giant cookie, now he could easily just eat all of the cookie. He however gives at least 65% of the cookie to the RPF people. That is what I will do. Now most of that cookie has already been distributed, but I believe that a little bit more should be given to the RPF people. This together with my constitution, will create a government that is fair but works smoothly also.
The last thing I want to do is to unite RPF. There will always be disputes and arguments, but I want all of those to be solved, I want RPF to be the ultimate CP army. I know that I am the only candidate that can truly unite RPF. Wahy? Because I am the only candidate not downright hated by anyone.
RPF can do this, with a leader who isnt hated by anyone in RPF, or in CP armies in general. I have the experience, I have a plan, now it is up to you, the people of RPF, to vote for me.
